Gizlilik Politikası
Kişisel verilerin korunmasına ilişkin yürürlükteki mevzuat hükümlerine uygun olarak, Rita AI mobil uygulaması ("Uygulama") aracılığıyla işlenen bilgiler, Veri Sorumlusu sıfatıyla Dilek İrem Özbay tarafından işlenmektedir.
1. Topladığımız Veriler
Rita AI anonim kullanım esasına göre tasarlanmıştır. Ad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası veya resmî kimlik gibi sizi doğrudan tanımlayan hiçbir bilgi talep edilmez veya saklanmaz. Uygulama, yalnızca çalışması için gerekli sınırlı kişisel veri kategorilerini işler:
- Hesap Bilgileri: Kullanıcı tarafından hesap oluşturulurken belirlenen anonim kullanıcı adı.
- İçerik Bilgileri: Uygulama kullanımı sırasında sağlanan metin girdileri (yapay zekâya gönderilen mesaj içerikleri, sohbet geçmişleri, alışkanlıklar, verilen sözler).
- İşlem Güvenliği Bilgileri: Uygulama'ya erişimde kullanılan cihaz kimliği ve teknik veriler.
2. Verilerin Kullanım Amaçları
Yukarıda belirtilen veriler aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlenebilir:
- Kullanıcı hesabının oluşturulması ve yönetilmesi,
- Uygulamanın temel fonksiyonlarının sağlanması (metin tabanlı sohbet deneyimi ve yapay zekâ yanıtlarının oluşturulması),
- Uygulama güvenliğinin, bakımının ve teknik iyileştirmelerin sağlanması,
- Kullanıcı desteği sağlanması ve kullanıcı bildirimlerinin takibi veya yanıtlanması,
- Saklama ve arşiv faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi,
- Yalnızca açık rıza verilmiş olması hâlinde reklam veya tanıtım faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi,
- Gerekli olduğu durumlarda hukuki veya idari yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi.
Veriler, yalnızca kullanıcının açık rızası bulunması hâlinde kişiselleştirilmiş içerik veya reklam faaliyetleri amacıyla kullanılabilir; rıza verilmemişse bu amaçlarla işlenmez veya üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz.
3. Verilerin Toplanma Şekli
Veriler, Uygulama kullanıldığında güvenli dijital yöntemlerle otomatik olarak toplanır. Rita AI, üçüncü taraf kaynaklardan bilgi toplamaz ve izleme çerezleri kullanmaz.
4. Verileri İşleyen ve Saklayan Taraflar
Uygulamanın doğru çalışması için Rita AI, veri işleyen sıfatıyla hareket eden güvenilir üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarla çalışabilir:
- Gemini: Uygulamanın yapay zekâ destekli sohbet özelliği, Gemini tarafından sağlanan altyapı üzerinden çalışmaktadır. Bu kapsamda, kullanıcı tarafından yazılan mesaj içerikleri yapay zekâ yanıtının oluşturulabilmesi amacıyla Gemini sistemlerine aktarılmakta ve bu sistemler üzerinde işlenmektedir. Vertex AI sistemleri üzerinden kullanılan dil modeli, kullanıcıların verilerini yeni bir dil modeli ya da hâlihazırda olan bir dil modelinde eğitimde kullanılmayacağını garanti eder ve ISO belgesi ile bunu destekler.
- Google Firebase: Uygulamanın hata analizine ilişkin işlemler Firebase altyapısı üzerinde yürütülmektedir. Bu kapsamda kullanıcıların uygulama içindeki hareketleri izlenmektedir.
- Supabase: Kullanıcıların uygulamaya kayıt olabilmesi için yerel sunucuda saklanır.
- Yerel Sunucu: Kullanıcıların sohbet geçmişleri, alışkanlık rutinleri yerel sunucuda muhafaza edilir.
5. Verilerin Saklanma Süresi
Bilgileriniz, yukarıda belirtilen amaçların yerine getirilmesi ve hizmet kalitesinin korunması için gerekli süre boyunca saklanır. Bu sürenin sonunda, güvenli teknik yöntemlerle silinir veya kalıcı olarak anonim hâle getirilir.
Uygulamaya erişimde kullanılan cihaz kimliği, kullanıcı adı, sohbet geçmişi ve alışkanlık rutinleri altı ay süreyle saklanır. Uygulamanın geliştirilmesi amacıyla anonim hâle getirilen veriler en fazla beş yıl süreyle saklanabilir.
6. Bilgilerin Açıklanması
Tüm bilgiler gizli olarak muhafaza edilir. Veriler yalnızca şu durumlarda açıklanabilir:
- Yasal olarak zorunlu hâllerde yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına,
- Yalnızca hizmetin sunulması amacıyla yukarıda belirtilen (madde 4) teknik hizmet sağlayıcılara.
7. Çerezler ve Benzeri Teknolojiler
Rita AI çerezler (cookies), izleyiciler veya benzeri teknolojiler kullanmaz. Uygulama, cihazınıza bilgi kaydetmez ve reklam ya da analiz amacıyla tarama verisi toplamaz. Tüm etkileşimler yalnızca Uygulama ortamı içinde gerçekleşir.
8. İlgili Kişinin Hakları
Kullanıcının bulunduğu ülkeye göre, kişisel verileriyle ilgili aşağıdaki hakların tamamı veya bir kısmı kullanılabilir:
- Silme hakkı (unutulma hakkı): Verilerin işlenme amacı ortadan kalktığında, rıza geri çekildiğinde veya işleme faaliyeti hukuka aykırı olduğunda verilerin silinmesini talep etme.
- Rızayı geri çekme hakkı: Daha önce verilmiş açık rızayı, geçmişteki işlemenin hukuka uygunluğunu etkilemeden her zaman geri çekme.
- Şikâyet hakkı: Bulunduğu ülke veya bölgede yetkili denetim veya düzenleyici kuruma başvurarak şikâyette bulunma.
- Ayrımcılığa uğramama hakkı: Yukarıdaki haklarını kullanması nedeniyle haksız veya ayrımcı bir muameleye tabi tutulmama.
Kullanıcılar bu haklarını destek@ritaai.app adresine e-posta göndererek kullanabilir. Güvenlik amacıyla, talebin ilgili kullanıcı veya cihazdan geldiğini doğrulamak için sınırlı teknik doğrulama yapılabilir; kimlik belgesi veya ek kişisel bilgi talep edilmez.
9. Güvenlik Tedbirleri
Uygulamada işlenen bilgilerin gizliliğini, bütünlüğünü ve erişilebilirliğini sağlamak amacıyla uygun idari ve teknik tedbirler uygulanmaktadır. Verilere yalnızca yetkili kişiler erişebilir ve tüm işlemler gizlilik yükümlülüğü altında yürütülür.
10. Politika Güncellemeleri
Rita AI, bu Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebilir. En güncel versiyon her zaman Uygulama içerisinde erişilebilir olacak ve "Yürürlük Tarihi" belirtilecektir. Bu politikanın en yeni versiyonunun yürürlük tarihi 24 Haziran 2026'dır. Önemli değişiklikler, kullanıcılara önceden bildirilir.
Privacy Policy
In compliance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on personal data protection, we inform you that the information processed through the Rita AI mobile application ("the App") will be handled by Dilek İrem Özbay as the Data Controller.
1. What data we collect
Rita AI is designed for anonymous use. We do not request or store any information that directly identifies you—such as name, e-mail address, phone number, or official ID. The App only processes limited data categories necessary for its operation:
- Account Information: Anonymous username created by the user when opening an account.
- Content Information: The text inputs you provide while using the App (messages sent to the AI, chat histories, dates, summaries, habit logs, statistics and feedback).
- Operational Security Information: Device identifier and technical data used to access the App.
- Optional Profile Information: Non-mandatory information such as age, gender, height, weight, and fitness-related goals (weight loss, weight gain, or maintenance) provided by the user to enable personalized habit tracking and recommendations.
2. How we use information
The data described above may be processed for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your user account.
- To provide the core functions of the App (text-based chat experience and AI-generated responses).
- To ensure App security, maintenance, and technical improvement.
- To provide user support and track or respond to user notifications.
- To perform storage and archiving activities.
- To carry out advertising or promotional activities, only where you have provided consent.
- To follow up legal or administrative obligations where required.
Data may be used for in-app advertising or promotional purposes only where explicit consent has been provided by the user.
3. How we collect the information
Data is collected automatically when you use the App through secure digital means. You may also choose to provide information voluntarily—for example, by submitting feedback. Rita AI does not collect information from third-party sources and does not use tracking cookies.
4. Who processes and stores the data
For the correct operation of the App, Rita AI relies on secure third-party service providers acting as data processors:
- Gemini: The AI-powered chat feature of the App is provided through Google Cloud Vertex AI and Google's Gemini models. In this context, user messages are transmitted to Google's systems solely for the purpose of generating AI responses and delivering the requested service. Data processed through Vertex AI is not used to train or improve Google's foundation models. Google provides contractual and compliance commitments regarding data protection and security through internationally recognized information security standards and certifications.
- Google Firebase: Data security and error analysis operations of the App are supported by Google Firebase.
- Supabase: Authentication and login processes are handled via Supabase hosted on a self-managed server. User authentication data is processed within this infrastructure and is not transferred to third-party systems outside the designated server environment.
- Local Server: Chat history, habit logs, and usage statistics are stored on a locally hosted server under the App's control. This data is processed and retained within the designated server environment and is not transferred to external third-party systems.
5. Data retention
Your information is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above and to maintain service quality. After that, it is deleted or permanently anonymised through secure technical measures.
The device identifier, username, chat and habit logs used to access the App are retained for a period of six months. Chat history is stored in anonymized form for five years for reference in statistical analysis and user support processes.
6. Disclosure of information
All information is treated as confidential. Data may be disclosed only to:
- Public authorities when legally required; or
- The technical providers mentioned above (see article 4), strictly for service delivery.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Rita AI does not use cookies, trackers, or similar technologies. The App does not store information on your device or collect browsing data for advertising or analytics purposes. All interactions take place solely within the App environment.
8. Your rights
Depending on your place of residence, you may exercise some or all of the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): Request deletion of your data when the purpose of processing no longer exists, consent is withdrawn, or the processing is unlawful.
- Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw previously given explicit consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Right to lodge a complaint: Contact the relevant supervisory or regulatory authority in your country or region.
- Right to non-discrimination: Not be subject to unfair or discriminatory treatment for exercising the above rights.
You can exercise your rights by contacting destek@ritaai.app. For security purposes, we may require limited verification to confirm that the request is made by the account owner. We do not request identity documents or additional sensitive personal information for verification purposes.
9. Security measures
We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information processed in the App. Data is accessible only to authorised persons and all operations are carried out under a confidentiality obligation.
10. Updates to this policy
Rita AI may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the App and will indicate the "Effective Date." The Effective Date of the current version of this policy is June 24, 2026. Significant changes will be communicated to users in advance.
